Delivery times*

IN-STORE PICKUP: 1h / 72 business hours (depending on stock availability at the selected store)

HOME DELIVERY*: 

      · Peninsula: 24 - 72 business hours

      · Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 9 business days

      · Canary Islands: 5 to 10 business days.

      · European Union: 7 to 12 business days. 

Orders placed on Fridays from 1:30 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

The delivery time for engraved jewelry is 2 to 7 business days.

The delivery time for custom or made-to-order jewelry will be longer than usual (20 to 30 business days, depending on the product).

Business days are considered Monday to Friday working days.

During periods of high demand — such as special campaigns, promotions or holiday seasons — delivery times may be slightly affected by the saturation of transport companies.
At Roselin Joyeros we do our best to ensure that your orders arrive on time, but we appreciate your understanding if there is a slight delay beyond our control.

Shipping costs

IN-STORE PICKUP: Free

HOME DELIVERY:

     · Peninsula: 5 euros. FREE with purchases +€60

     · Balearic Islands: 10 euros. FREE with purchases +€60

     · Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20 euros (IGIC will be borne by the customer upon delivery)

     · Europe: 15 euros

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries outside the community customs union, the customer must pay the corresponding customs fees.

In-store pickup

You can choose to pick up your online purchase at any Roselin Joyeros point of sale.  

You will be notified by sms/email when your order is ready for pickup and you will need to identify yourself with your ID and the order confirmation email.

For another person to pick up the order, they must go to the establishment with said email and a photocopy of the ID of the purchaser. In addition, the purchaser must send an email to info@roslineelin.com, from the email address used to place the order, with the authorized person's information at least 24 hours before they go to the establishment.

You have 15 days to pick up your order.

Home delivery

Home deliveries are made through the MRW transport agency. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, except holidays.

You will receive an SMS from MRW with the tracking number once the package is out for delivery.
