General terms and conditions for exchanges and returns
For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed or used after delivery will not be accepted. Items must be in perfect condition, as received, with their original packaging intact and accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice. Exchanges cannot be managed directly through the online store. In such a case, the item must be returned and a new purchase made. OUTLET stores do not accept exchanges or returns from other stores or from the online store.
In case of a return, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances. If the product requested in exchange has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If, on the contrary, the new product has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded in cash, but through a gift voucher to be used in future purchases.
The period for any return of an online purchase is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order (30 calendar days for Roselin Club members). For purchases made during Black Friday and Christmas, the return period is extended until January 11.
Returns of piercings or engraved, personalized, custom-made, or factory-ordered products will not be accepted, except in case of manufacturing defect. To manage any exchange or return of products purchased at www.roslineelin.com, the customer must contact our Customer Service department by email at info@roslineelin.com or by calling 916 828 900, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It will be necessary to indicate the order number, and you will be informed of the steps to follow. Exchanges or returns that have not been previously communicated through the indicated channels will not be accepted.

Free returns in store
If you prefer, we facilitate the return of an online order in any of the Roselin stores (except in the Seville establishment) where we will give you a Gift Card for the amount of the item's return.
The return of orders with items on offer will be made under the current store conditions.
Due to its special rate, it is not possible to return online orders at our CC. Dos Hermanas (Seville) store.
Out of Stock
In the event that the units of the purchased items are out of stock, the customer will be notified via email/phone and the amount of said items will be refunded in the same payment method within 15 calendar days. In the event of unjustified delay in the refund, double the amount paid will be refunded.
